Where the layer goes in

Eleven domains. One measured method.

Eleven domains, one layer. Each page names the workflows we would put the layer into, what each one is measured on, and the demo that shows it. The demos are planned, not live, and every card says so.

01 · FinanceMonth-end reconciliation and board questions stop waiting on a junior with a spreadsheet: invoices are matched, every mismatch is explained, and numbers are answered with the query shown.Purchase invoices arrive as scans and photos while the GSTR-2B is a CSV, a match has to be exact, fuzzy or missing with a reason code on each, and a wrong match is a tax credit lost or claimed twice.
  • › GST input-credit reconciliation, every mismatch explained
  • › Plain questions over last quarter's numbers, query shown
  • › Tax notice replies drafted, partner approval before filing
02 · HRPolicy questions get an answer with the clause cited or an honest 'not in the policy', and interview notes become scorecards with the bias guard on.A policy question mixes the company handbook with state labour law, a confident wrong answer about leave or maternity benefit becomes a grievance, and interview text carries names, age cues and college names that must be redacted before a model reads it.
  • › Handbook and leave-policy answers with the clause cited
  • › Interview notes into an evidence-quoted scorecard
03 · LegalContracts and notices are read clause by clause, scored against expert labels, and drafted for a partner to approve, never filed on their own.A 40-page commercial contract has 41 clause types a lawyer checks, a tax notice quotes sections and circulars against a reply deadline, and nothing may be advised or filed without a partner's approval on the record.
  • › Contract clauses flagged against an expert-labelled benchmark
  • › Tax notices classified, drafted and held for approval
  • › Policy questions answered with the clause, or declined
04 · Operations and supply chainExceptions are read, checked against your systems and resolved with a proposal that waits for a person, and event logs show where the process leaks time. The exception lives in an email, the truth lives in the TMS, the carrier SLA and the customer contract, and ERP event logs carry day-granular timestamps, so any agent that acts must be bounded, logged and approved.
  • › Shipment exceptions read, checked, fixed after approval
  • › ERP event logs mined for where time leaks
05 · Retail and e-commerceThin catalogue data becomes complete listings, reviews sort themselves by what customers complain about, and the batch cost sits on the screen next to the output.Catalogue data is thin titles and photos, marketplaces reject listings that break a schema or make a banned claim, review volume swings week to week, and the cost per 100 items matters as much as the accuracy.
  • › Photos and thin titles into complete listings
  • › A month of reviews sorted by aspect
  • › Margin questions over sales data, SQL shown
06 · ManufacturingShift notes, maintenance tickets and the asset registry answer one question together, and safety reports become trends and next week's toolbox talk instead of files. The answer to why a line kept stopping is spread across shift handover notes, maintenance tickets, the asset registry and a supplier lot, and safety observations arrive as free text in English and Hinglish with a person's name in every other line.
  • › Line stoppages explained across notes, tickets and assets
  • › Safety observations into trends and the toolbox talk
  • › Plant event logs mined for AI opportunities
07 · HealthcarePatient messages become structured triage summaries inside rules the model cannot cross, with the rule that fired on the record.A triage summary must never become a diagnosis, every message carries protected health information, red-flag recall matters more than precision, and each escalation has to name the rule that fired for the audit.
  • › Patient messages into structured triage summaries
  • › Diagnosis requests refused, the attempt logged
08 · AgricultureFarmers ask in their own language and get a sourced, dated answer for paise, with an honest abstention when the model is not sure.Users ask in Hindi, Marathi or Telugu, often by voice, mandi prices change daily, pesticide dosage advice beyond the label is a liability, and the whole conversation has to cost paise, not rupees.
  • › Price and crop questions answered in three languages
  • › Leaf photo to likely disease, or an abstention
09 · Professional servicesThe firm's memos answer client questions the way a senior partner would, say when they are unsure, and show what each answer cost.A firm's knowledge is memos, opinions and checklists, some of them scanned, where a newer memo silently supersedes an older one, not every associate may see every file, and the partner wants to know what it costs to keep running.
  • › Firm memos into an assistant that says when unsure
  • › Tax notice replies with the partner approval step
  • › Client month-end reconciliation, every mismatch explained
10 · Public sectorCitizen complaints in any language are classified, routed and acknowledged within the SLA, and every decision can be explained on the record.Complaints arrive in English, Hindi, Kannada and Hinglish, each routing decision starts an SLA clock and must be explainable, and the accuracy in the weakest language is the number that gets asked about.
  • › Complaints classified, routed and acknowledged in the citizen's language
  • › Farmer questions answered from public data for paise
  • › Safety observations across works departments into themes
11 · Engineering platformsYour team ships AI systems with an eval bar, a cost gateway and CI gates that block a change when answer quality drops, on a setup you can fork.Agents fail after launch in ways a unit test never sees: loops, cost blow-ups, tool misuse, stale retrieval, prompt injection and silent regressions when a prompt or a model changes.
  • › The agentic-engineering setup, evals and cost in CI
  • › One prompt to three models through the gateway
  • › A pull request blocked when answer quality drops
