How it is scored
Three numbers, one rule.
Each answer scores 0 to 3, so a dimension runs 0 to 9 and the total 0 to 36. No pitch unless asked. The result is reused in the Sprint.
Dimensions
- Data. Where the workflow's data lives, how good it is, and who can grant access.
- Workflow. Volume and repetition, how decisions are made today, and what a wrong answer costs.
- Readiness. Whether a good answer is defined, who owns the outcome, and whether a cost ceiling exists.
