Our identity is code. One file holds the geometry of the mark. From it, a build generates every SVG, the favicon set, the avatars, the social images, the 3D renders, the brand board and the business card. Change the file, run the build, and every surface agrees.
The same discipline applies to the words. The name, the expansion, the descriptor, the hero line and the legal line live in one module, and every renderer imports them. There is no second copy to drift.
Why tell a client this? Because it is exactly how we build their intelligence layer: one source, generated outputs, a gate in CI. Our contrast test fails the build if any text colour drops below the accessibility bar, the same way an eval set fails a build when answer quality drops. The brand repository is public on GitHub; the practice is the proof.
